"They were really responsive.  I called them and told them that I had this issue and they told me they will have somebody come out and look at house.  Every time they said they were going to be here, they arrived one time, which is nice.  They came out and did a visual inspection.  They do really good job of explaining what all the issues are and telling you what they are going to do.  I hired CSI Mold and the actual reason that I am hiring CSI Mold is to have them come in and test and make sure that they were able to take care of the mold and it did make a difference.  They told me that if the test don't come showing that they took care of the problem, then they will redo all the services free of charge and pay for another test after that.  I am pretty happy with them so far with them.  They really tried to minimize the cost, as they did the work and minimize the damage they had to do in kind of taking out any pieces of the wall that had mold that couldn't just be treated and had to be removed.  I thought they were very professional and very good.  They actually found the source of the mold and it was three different sources within the bathroom area, which I didn't suspect.  Their punctuality was excellent."

"The leak must have been there for months. I opened the door to storage room behind the garage to find boxes on the floor with water inside, after looking around for the source I discovered two of the walls were covered in mold and many of the boxes in the room were ruined! I did a quick search on mold damage and discovered this was too big for me to handle on my own. It took 2 days and the room was cleared of mold and considered safe once again. All the work was done when we were at work, the room was gutted from floor to ceiling. They took the damaged flooring, walls, and ceiling away for disposal. We were happy with the cost, there weren't any hidden costs."

"On March 17, 2010 we noticed a bulge in our laundry room drywall. A plumber came out since we thought that there was a leak but then he noticed that we had mold. He recommended a mold specialist who was horrible and then we contacted Carlos. He came out and he was wonderful. He was way cheaper than the other guy. He responded to all my calls in a timely manner. He even blocked the hole on our wall because there was mold. So I really appreciated that. I know it was just duct tape and heavy plastic but that was very kind of him even if he wasn’t going to get the job. They then proceeded with the job on May 3rd. They discovered another leak in the kitchen. So they had to fix half of our kitchen along with our laundry room. My husband also had a medical condition at that time and the hospital told me that he had to leave the premises during mold removal. It was really important for us to have a timely fix so that we could come back to our house. So they did that and they passed the mold inspection on the first try. We were then able to get back to our house. The people were professional and nice. They worked with us and saved our countertop as well as our sink. It didn’t get destroyed. Carlos also recommended some people for the drywall work, painting and plastering. We really appreciated that he helped us by giving us some recommendations and they were good people too. Carlos was quick to respond to any questions. He always answered the phone. His price was right and our insurance company was surprised as to how reasonable he was. I am very happy with their job. They had to bring a third party to do the mold testing. The testing people weren’t related to DryMaster at all. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too."
